ABOUT US

Welcome to Remote Workher 💕☺️

Built by a woman who got a head start — for the women who didn’t. We’re not just helping African women find remote jobs. We’re helping them get paid, build confidence, and show up for themselves.

Get to know Remote WorkHer

Remote WorkHER is a media-tech company helping African women build careers, grow their income, and access remote opportunities - without gatekeeping or burnout.

We do it through content, community, and career tools that actually work. From digital products to live cohorts, from newsletters to in-person pop-ups, we’re making sure the future of work is pink.

Since our launch, we’ve made one thing clear. We’re not just helping women get jobs. We’re helping them take up space, show up boldly, and get paid.
OUR STORY

It started with a head start

Our founder, Adeife, got exposed to freelancing early - thanks to her dad. That one advantage changed everything.

But what about the women who never got that chance? Remote WorkHER was born to fix that gap.

We’ve grown from a simple Telegram group to a platform that has trained thousands of women and created a bold, pink-powered movement around career ownership and remote income.
OUR MISSION

Your career in your own terms

We believe every woman deserves access to skills, income, and opportunities that match her potential - whether she works remotely, freelance, or in-office.

We’re here to give women the resources, the roadmap, and the real talk to glow up (whether it’s in tech, content, consulting, customer success, or beyond).

Because freedom isn’t tied to a job type, it’s tied to opportunity. And we’re here to build that.
